At Maison Wyatt, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and professional-use reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used foil products
- Used tools or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@maisonwyatt.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
