Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Certain Maison Wyatt products may be offered as subscription or recurring purchase options. By enrolling in a recurring purchase plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected delivery frequency until canceled.
Subscription Changes & Cancellation
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting concierge@maisonwyatt.com.
Cancellations submitted after an order has been processed may apply to future recurring orders only.
Billing
Recurring orders are automatically billed using the payment method provided at checkout on the scheduled renewal date associated with your subscription plan.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Maison Wyatt reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription until payment information is updated.
Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used professional-use products may not be eligible for return.
Changes to Subscription Programs
Maison Wyatt reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, product availability, or delivery schedules at any time without prior notice.
